Burning fat as fuel!

Most people eat foods that sabotages how their body should work!!!! 
The introduction of  healthier foods  in place of unhealthy foods such as sugars, processed, packaged foods will begin to transform you into a new and better you. Natural or healthy foods are  easier to digest and provide you with nutrients that were lacking in your food choices before.
Anytime you eliminate sugar, caffeine, processed, packaged, or canned foods and begin eating healthier/ fresher foods your body will begin to change. The blood sugar is stabilizing. Once blood sugar stabilizes it is much easier. 
You will begin to feel different which is a good sign, but it may not feel good in the first few days. Each person who hangs in there will begin to reap the benefits of a healthier body.  When the use of toxic stimulants such as coffee, tea, chocolate, or cocoa is suddenly stopped, headaches are common and a letdown occurs. This is due to the discard by the body of the toxins called caffeine and theobromine which are removed from the tissues and transported through the bloodstream during its many bodily rounds. Expect this detoxification to occur within a few days when eating healthier. 

The closer the food comes to the natural state in which it occurs, or the closer to its raw, unfired form, the higher its quality. In this condition, all the enzymes are found intact. The amino acids are in their finest form. The minerals, vitamins, trace elements, carbohydrates, and “life force” are present. The life force, in turn, is capable of reproducing healthy tissue.
Toxic substances such as coffee, tea, chocolate, tobacco, salt, pepper, etc. can inhibit your body from functioning properly.

The body is like a machine that fires on all cylinders when given the correct fuel. If you can grasp this concept you can learn what fuel is good to maintain weight or burn fat.
